Independent Dispute Resolution

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through OddSpeak's internal process, players may seek independent resolution through the applicable regulatory authority or an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider. OddSpeak will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or third-party dispute resolution process and will comply with any binding determination issued by an authorised body.
